Registration Fee includes 22% VAT.<\/p>\n

The conference fees do not include possible bank costs.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The registration fee includes proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, social events and free transfers from either Ljubljana International Airport or Lesce-Bled railway station.<\/p>\n

Cancellation policy<\/strong>
A refund of the conference registration fee, less an administrative fee of 80 EUR, will be made, if written notice of cancellation is received no later than May 28th, 2025 (cis.fov@um.si). Registrants cancelling May 28th, 2025 will not be entitled to a refund.<\/p>\n

*Full-time students must attach a formal confirmation (scan) of their student enrolment.<\/p>\n

Transfer<\/strong><\/h5>\n

This year, transfers are organized a little differently than some of you are familiar with from previous years. We collect the applications\/bookings for transport in-house and then pass them on to the transport companies to facilitate logistics.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
