As the twin transformation\u2014combining digitalization and sustainability\u2014accelerates, organizations face increasing pressure to adapt. Drawing on insights from the European Digital4Sustainability<\/em> initiative, we integrate theory and practice to emphasize the importance of building a digitally competent and sustainability-oriented workforce as a foundation for organizational resilience. This interactive workshop leverages Twin Transformation pathways <\/span>\u200b<\/span>(Aagaard & Vanhaverbeeke, 2024)<\/span>\u200b<\/span> to explore the skills and competencies professionals and organizations need to navigate this shift effectively. After a brief introduction to core concepts and frameworks, participants will engage in a hands-on exercise to assess and reflect on their own and their organization\u2019s twin transformation readiness.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

The SuMoS Project \u2013 Strengthening the Ecosystem for Sustainable Student Mobility<\/strong>, co-funded by the Erasmus+<\/strong> program (KA220-HED \u2013 Partnerships for Cooperation in Higher Education), aims to enhance the institutional framework for strategic, structured, and sustainable collaboration between higher education institutions in the field of student mobility. This will be achieved through the development and purposeful use of green practices, digital tools, and curriculum comparison approaches.<\/p>\n

Partners from five European countries<\/strong> have laid the foundations for the Institutional Student Mobility Ecosystem (ISME)<\/strong>. To further develop and expand this ecosystem, workshops will be organized in each partner country, bringing together key stakeholders, including Vice-deans for International Cooperation, International Relations Officers and practitioners, Erasmus Coordinators, <\/strong>and academic advisors. <\/strong>The goal<\/strong> of these workshops is to exchange experiences, discuss challenges in student mobility, and foster collaboration and innovative solutions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Mastering Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (FsQCA)\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\nDuring the two-hour workshop, the participants will learn the basics of FsQCA from understanding the key concepts, through data preparation and running the analysis, to learning how to interpret the results.\n\nThe FsQCA is a powerful tool for uncovering complex causal relationships in social science research.
