Registration Fee includes 22% VAT.<\/span><\/p>\n

The conference fees do not include possible bank costs.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The registration fee includes proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, social events and free transfers from either Ljubljana International Airport or Lesce-Bled railway station.<\/span><\/p>\n

At least one author per accepted paper must register for the conference. Authors with multiple accepted papers must ensure that the co-authors collectively hold at least as many registrations as papers (one registration per paper).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/span>
A refund of the conference registration fee, less an administrative fee of 80 EUR, will be made, if written notice of cancellation is received no later than May 28th, 2026 (cis.fov@um.si). Registrants cancelling May 28th, 2026 will not be entitled to a refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

*Full-time students must attach a formal confirmation (scan) of their student enrolment.
** The spouse\/guest conference fee includes access to the conference sessions, lunches, social events and free transfers from either Ljubljana International Airport or Lesce-Bled railway station. The \u201cSpouse\/Guest Registration\u201d is NOT for individuals who would otherwise need to pay for a full registration (authors, co-authors, etc.).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Transfer<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

This year, transfers are organized a little differently than some of you are familiar with from previous years. We collect the applications\/bookings for transport in-house and then pass them on to the transport companies to facilitate logistics.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

We kindly ask you to complete it in order to secure your transfer (arrival and departure) by\u00a01st of June<\/strong> 2026 at the latest.\u00a0<\/strong>After this date, we will no longer accept applications for organized transfer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Also, be aware that the conference organizer will cover the transport costs of all participants. In case you are travelling with someone who will not be attending or is not registered for the conference, they will need to cover their own transport costs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
