Since the conference will be held online, the registration fee for participation in the conference is € 50 without VAT. You can register for the conference via online form on Registration button below.
WARNING: due to changed website certificate verification, some browsers mark connection to registration form as not secure. We advise you to open the link in Internet Explorer or in some other internet browser (not your primary browser). You can also open the link in private window within your primary browser*.

After the registration, we will send you the information about the conference’s program, which will be published on our web page at the beginning of September. We will also send you a link to a live event on time, where you will be able to follow our conference.
All conference fees exclude a 22% VAT.
The conference fees do not include possible bank costs.
Terms of cancellation: In case of cancellation after 3th March 2021, we will charge the entire registration fee. Send cancellations in writing to the e-mail address cis.fov@um.si .
If, due to the situation (Covid – 19), the conference is held remotely again, the registration fee will be the same for all participants € 50 (amount including VAT: € 61). You will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

*The offer is only valid for full-time students, PhD students, and unemployed students.
** The spouse/guest conference fee includes access to the conference sessions and social events (excluding lunch and materials). The “Spouse/Guest Registration” is NOT for individuals who would otherwise need to pay for a full registration.

Cancellation conditions: For cancellations after 22nd February 2023 we will charge you 30% of the registration fee. For cancellations after 8th March 2023, we will charge 50% of the registration fee, and after 15th March 2023, we will charge the entire registration fee. Send cancellations in writing to the e-mail address cis.fov@um.si.
