Dear participants of the 40th International Conference on Organizational Science Development,<\/p>\n

we successfully completed the 40th International Conference on Organizational Science Development, entitled “Values, Competencies and Changes in Organizations”, held from 17th to 19th March 2021, online.<\/p>\n

We would like to thanks to all the authors and co-authors of contributions, other participants and sponsors, because without you, the Conference would not be what it was.<\/p>\n

We hope that the conference offered many answers to questions linked to topics of the conference and networking opportunities with colleagues and friends even though online. We hope that the conference has met your expectations.<\/p>\n

We kindly invite you to share your suggestions (cis.fov@um.si<\/a>), which will help us to further improve the conference.<\/p>\n

Please save the dates for our 2022 conference, the 41st <\/strong>International Conference on Organizational Science Development, which is planned to be held in Portoro\u017e from 23rd to 25th March 2022. <\/strong><\/p>\n
