Hitrost sprememb nas pogosto niti ne preseneti ve\u010d. So pa stebri na\u0161ega delovanja, dose\u017eki \u010dlove\u0161ke dru\u017ebe nekaj, na kar smo lahko upravi\u010deno ponosni. Umetna inteligenca je v zadnjem obdobju ena izmed silnic, ki marsikje vstopa v na\u0161 vsakdan. Kje so prilo\u017enosti in kje nevarnosti umetne inteligence, kje je \u010dlove\u0161ka inteligenca \u0161e vedno pomemben korak pred umetno inteligenco?<\/p>\n<p>Organizacija je terminolo\u0161ko gledano lahko opredeljena z razli\u010dnih zornih kotov. Lahko jo uporabljamo v razli\u010dnih pomenskih zvezah. Ravno tako si lahko vsak od nas razvije lastno interpretacijo pojma. Na\u0161 korak je namre\u010d vsakodnevno vezan na najrazli\u010dnej\u0161e organizacije.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce si zastavljamo vpra\u0161anje, zakaj se na\u0161 svet vrti okrog organizacij, odgovora ni te\u017eko najti. Velik del svojega \u010dasa pre\u017eivimo v razli\u010dnih organizacijah, zato je razumevanje zakonitostih njihovega delovanja klju\u010dnega pomena. Ob tem so prizadevanja za razumevanje organizacije postavljena s ciljem, da s spoznanji o organizacijskih vedah in njenih zakonitostih, prispevamo k nadaljnjemu razvoju tako organizacij kot \u0161ir\u0161e dru\u017ebe.<\/p>\n<p>44. mednarodno znanstveno konferenco o razvoju organizacijskih znanosti bomo usmerili v razvoj poglabljanje znanja o organizacijskih vedah pri \u010demer se bomo osredoto\u010dili na sodobne izzive in prilo\u017enosti, ki jih dana\u0161nji \u010das prina\u0161a. Na eni strani je \u010dlovek tisti, ki je tkal spoznanja o organizaciji in bo tudi v prihodnje bogatil vedenje o organizacijah. Po drugi strani pa moramo upo\u0161tevati situacijske dejavnike in \u0161ir\u0161e okolje, ki so nelo\u010dljivo povezani z razumevanjem organizacij.<\/p>\n<p>Tehnologija je na\u0161 sopotnik. V prizadevanjih za razumevanje organizacije in spoznanja o organizaciji, je potrebno upo\u0161tevati, da so digitalne spremembe nekaj, kar vpliva na vse elemente organizacij, tudi na \u010dloveka. Ob tem pa je dru\u017ebena dimenzija organizacij \u0161e vedno tista, ki je nujna za obstoj sodobne dru\u017ebe in organizacij. Z roko v roki, z upo\u0161tevanjem na\u010del, ki \u0161e vedno dr\u017eijo organizacije v prime\u017eu \u010dlove\u0161ke roke in zagotavljajo ustrezno razmerje med na\u0161im organizacijskim \u017eivljenjem in \u017eivljenjem zase. Zaradi digitalnih sprememb si ne smemo dovoliti, da spregledamo \u010dloveka. Moramo pa si dovoliti, da nam digitalne spremembe pomagajo in laj\u0161ajo \u0161tevilne okvire na\u0161ega \u017eivljenja v organizacijah.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Naj bo tudi leto\u0161nji naslov: \u00bb\u010clovek, umetna inteligenca in organizacija\u00ab prilo\u017enost, da o njem skozi va\u0161e prispevke pridobimo vsi. Razmi\u0161ljanje in usmerjenost v razvoj bo namre\u010d mo\u010dnej\u0161a toliko, kolikor bodo mo\u010dnej\u0161i na\u0161i prispevki. Znotraj razvoja organizacijskih znanosti je namre\u010d pomembno in potrebno soustvarjati vsebine, ki vodijo v skupni na\u0161 \u0161e bolj\u0161i jutri. Dru\u017ebene dimenzije digitalnega naj bo izto\u010dnica za va\u0161a stali\u0161\u010da, za va\u0161e znanstvene in strokovne razprave.
