44th International Conference on Organizational Science Development<\/strong><\/p>\n

HUMAN BEING, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND ORGANIZATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

The forthcoming 44th International Conference on the Development of Organizational Sciences adopts the development timeline to direct the ideas of the academic and professional public to ensure our better tomorrow. This year\u2019s conference is entitled \u201cInterdisciplinarity Counts\u201d. We\u2019ll focus on the individual and the organization, which with common values co-create the integration and progress of the society. An individual who\u2019ll cope with changes in the organizational view and the wider society with the proper competence frame.<\/p>\n

University of Maribor, Faculty of Organizational Sciences is organizing the 44th International Conference on Organizational Science Development.\u00a0<\/span>The conference will be held from 19th to 21st March 2025 in Portoro\u017e, Slovenia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Plenary sessions and research paper panels will bring together numerous professionals from the economy, research and education, healthcare, public administration, tourism, army, police, finance and insurance as well as other fields. As such, this conference presents a meeting point for different topics but with a common thread, namely organizational business process management, information systems, and human resource management systems.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s conference programme will include additional education in the form of lectures, round tables, seminars, and workshops connected with the working title of the conference. Let this be an opportunity for you to present and discuss your work and your experience.<\/p>\n

Submitted papers will be reviewed and authors will be notified of acceptance.<\/p>\n

Accepted papers will be published in Conference proceedings (online version with ISBN). (Previous Proceedings<\/a>)<\/p>\n

The best research paper written in English will be selected among all accepted papers by a three-member committee, consisting of editorial board members. The authors of the best paper will be invited to submit the extended version of the paper for fast-track review in the journal\u00a0<\/span>Organizacija<\/a>.<\/p>\n
