The confrence fee includes attendance at all conference lectures, conference materials, refreshments during breaks and admission to social events (lunch (Wednesday, Thursday), social event (Wednesday).<\/strong><\/p>\n

All conference fees exclude a 22% VAT.
<\/strong>The conference fees do not include possible bank costs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cancellation conditions:<\/strong> For cancellations after 18th February 2025 we will charge you 30% of the registration fee. For cancellations after 4th March 2025, we will charge 50% of the registration fee, and after 11th March 2025, we will charge the entire registration fee.
