Od srede, 23. marca 2022 do petka, 25. marca 2022 organizirana 41. mednarodna znanstvena konferenca o razvoju organizacijskih ved (več o konferenci je objavljeno na spletni strani: https://konferenca.fov.um.si/). V sklopu konferenčnega programa bo Fakulteta za organizacijske vede UM v sodelovanju s soorganizatorjem, spletnim portalom MojeDelo.com organizirala podelitev nagrade za najboljšo kadrovsko prakso v Republiki Sloveniji 2022. Gre za tretjo podelitev in tako kot v preteklem letu je strokovna komisija na podlagi prejetih vlog na natečaj izbrala pet finalistov.

Vseh pet finalistov se bo predstavilo v sklopu sredinega programa, 23. marca 2022, ki se bo pričel ob 11.30. Program v sredo, 23. marca 2022 bo potekal v Portorožu, v kongresnem centru Portus. Strokovna komisija bo po zaključenih predstavitvah razglasila najboljšo kadrovsko prakso 2022.

Organizacije, ki so se odzvale našemu natečaju so svoje vloge prijavljale pod merilom: »Digitalne kadrovske rešitve. Pet organizacij bo torej svoje digitalne kadrovske rešitve predstavilo v okviru konference in sledila bo razglasitev najboljšega.

Vas pa vljudno vabimo, da se nam brezplačno pridružite pri predstavitvah in sredinem programu 41. mednarodne konference, ki bo 23. marca 2021 potekal med 11.30 in 13.30 v Portorožu. Obenem vas vabimo tudi na otvoritev 41. mednarodne znanstvene konference, ki bo potekala v sredo, 23. marca 2022 ob 14. uri v Kongresnem centru Portus in v okviru katere bosta poleg uvodnih nagovorov izvedeni zanimivi predavanji z naslovom: »What is the future of human capital in the era of global digital transformation«? in »The Fight for Attention«.

Univerza v Mariboru Fakulteta za organizacijske vede in Biotehniški center Naklo v okviru programa 41. mednarodne znanstvene konference o razvoju organizacijskih znanosti organizirata okroglo mizo na temo: »Razvojne priložnosti slovenskega kmetijstva v novi evropski perspektivi.« Pred slovenskim kmetijstvom so v evropski perspektivi priložnosti, ki jih bomo v okviru okrogle mize z govorniki odprli in izvedli smerno diskusijo. Izhodišč in izzivov je precej, razprava bo namenjena vsem, ki delujejo na širšem področju slovenskega kmetijstva in ki pomen le-tega uvrščajo med poglavitne usmeritve razvoja Slovenije. V okviru okrogle mize bodo kot aktivni govorci sodelovali:

    The concept of a case study is a methodologically and educationally oriented challenge, aimed at integration of different theoretical concepts and situations from the real business environment, in other words, a Case Study is a documented study of specific real-life situations, used as a training tool, where students are required to analyze the prescribed case and present their solutions to the company representatives. For this reason alone the Case Study methodology allows participants a detailed insight into a practical business-oriented problem of a studied organization or a company, through diverse discussions as a method of active learning, which promotes the implementation and development of critical and creative thinking needed in the field of management. But case study competition isn’t just a competition. It is a chance to present yourselves as an active part of student community, meet new people and employees (or company representatives) and learn new valuable skills.
