V sklopu konferenčnega programa bo Fakulteta za organizacijske vede UM v sodelovanju s soorganizatorjem, spletnim portalom MojeDelo.com organizirala podelitev nagrade za najboljšo kadrovsko prakso v Republiki Sloveniji 2023.

Izbrani finalisti bodo v sklopu sredinega programa, 22. marca 2023, ki se bo pričel ob 11.30 predstavili njihove najboljše kadrovske prakse. Strokovna komisija bo po zaključenih predstavitvah razglasila najboljšo kadrovsko prakso 2023.

Organizacije, ki so se odzvale natečaju so svoje vloge prijavljale pod kategorijo: »Usposabljanje in izobraževanje zaposlenih ter pristopi k strokovnemu razvoju zaposlenih".

Vljudno vas vabimo, da se nam pridružite pri predstavitvah in sredinem programu 42. mednarodne konference, ki bo 22. marca 2023 potekal med 11.30 in 13.30 v Portorožu.

The concept of a case study is a methodologically and educationally oriented challenge, aimed at integration of different theoretical concepts and situations from the real business environment, in other words, a Case Study is a documented study of specific real-life situations, used as a training tool, where students are required to analyze the prescribed case and present their solutions to the company representatives. For this reason alone the Case Study methodology allows participants a detailed insight into a practical business-oriented problem of a studied organization or a company, through diverse discussions as a method of active learning, which promotes the implementation and development of critical and creative thinking needed in the field of management. But case study competition isn’t just a competition. It is a chance to present yourselves as an active part of student community, meet new people and employees (or company representatives) and learn new valuable skills.

    ReLearn plastics is an EU Erasmus+ Project awarded by the Slovenia National Agency CMEPIUS through which 8 European and Non-European Partner organizations work together to improve key competencies students by means or art, creativity, and new learning methodologies with the purpose of strengthening the awareness and active citizenship about plastic consumption.
