We are planning to hold the 18th<\/sup> International Symposium on Operations Research in Slovenia (SOR \u201925)<\/a> as live event.<\/p>\n

Parking for conference participants is available in front of the entrance of the Hotel Astoria Bled, Pre\u0161ernova 44 and at the Higher Vocational School of Catering, Velnes and Tourism Bled, Pre\u0161ernova 32 (until places are filled). Parking is also available at other pay parking lots in the vicinity of the Hotel Astoria in Bled (a few minutes\u2019 walk from the Hotel Astoria). All parking lots are marked on the map below.<\/p>\n

BLED AND HOW TO GET THERE
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bled  lies in the extreme northwestern part of Slovenia, at the foot of the Julian Alps and between the Sava Bohinjka and Sava Dolinka rivers. It is accessible in all seasons.<\/a><\/p>\n

Bled may be reached by flights to Ljubljana Airport<\/a>, which is 36 km South-East of Bled.
\nPossible trasnfers from Bled airport: Public bus<\/a>, Transfer services (GoOpti<\/a>, ZUP prevozi<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Train<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bled may also be accessed by train:
\nMunich \u2013 Salzburg \u2013 Villach \u2013 Lesce Bled<\/strong> \u2013 Ljubljana \u2013 Zagreb<\/p>\n

Bled railway station is called Lesce-Bled (first station after Jesenice Border station) and it is four kilometers away from Bled.<\/p>\n

Wien \u2013 Graz \u2013 Maribor \u2013 Ljubljana<\/strong> \u2013 Trieste \u2013 Venezia \u2013 Milano<\/p>\n

The other option is Ljubljana railway station which is 53 km South-East from Bled.<\/p>\n
