Registration Fee includes 22% VAT.

The registration fee includes proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, social events and free transfers from either Ljubljana International Airport or Lesce-Bled railway station.

Cancellation policy
A refund of the conference registration fee, less an administrative fee of 80 EUR, will be made, if written notice of cancellation is received no later than June 14th, 2023 (cis.fov@um.si). Registrants cancelling June 14th, 2023 will not be entitled to a refund.

*Full-time students must attach a formal confirmation (scan) of their student enrolment.

This year, transfers are organized a little differently than some of you are familiar with from previous years. We collect the applications/bookings for transport in-house and then pass them on to the transport companies to facilitate logistics.

We kindly ask you to complete it in order to secure your transfer (arrival and departure) by 18 June 2023 at the latest. After 18 June 2023, we will no longer accept applications for organized transfer.

Also, be aware that the conference organizer will cover the transport costs of all participants. In case you are travelling with someone who will not be attending or is not registered for the conference, they will need to cover their own transport costs.
