Title: Hospital of the Future

Abstract
Health 2.0 is both a concept, focusing on technology as an enabler for care collaboration and a company, started in San Francisco in 2007 by Indu Subaya and Matthew Holt. Health 2.0 organises international conferences showcasing cutting-edge innovation that’s transforming health and health care. It is all about redefining the health innovation ecosystem to include a fresh generation of entrepreneurs and promote the cross-pollination of ideas and technology collaboration for improved delivery and outcomes in Europe. Aside from the international annual conferences taking place in US, Europe, Latin America, India, Korea and Japan, Health 2.0 has +90 local chapters all around the world, local health tech communities getting together to shape the future of healthcare.

Technology is definitely changing the way healthcare is delivered and it is already happening now. The 2nd part of the presentation will focus on where we are now, what’s happening both in Europe and the US and what will future bring based on concrete disruptive solutions affecting patients, healthcare professionals and providers, resulting in costs savings, live savings, faster and more efficient treatments and improved medical education.
