The EURO WISDOM Forum aims to provide a platform to support, empower and encourage the participation of genders in Operational Research within EURO. This survey aims to explore the participation in OR (sub-)disciplines by gender, to identify potential challenges to participation, and to create insights into different academic career paths. Your responses will contribute toward shaping Equality, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within the wider EURO community.
