The registration will be open upon the first review process (8th December 2017).
*The offer is only valid for full-time students, PhD students, and unemployed students.
** The spouse/guest conference fee includes access to the conference sessions and social events (excluding lunch and materials). The “Spouse/Guest Registration” is NOT for individuals who would otherwise need to pay for a full registration.
All conference fees exclude a 22% VAT.
The early bird conference fees are valid until the early bird registration deadline.
The conference fees do not include transport costs, accommodation, and bank costs.
Terms of cancellation: In case of cancelation after 28th February 2018, we reserve the right to charge you 30% of the conference fee, after 8th March 2018 50% of the conference fee and after 15th March 2018 the whole registration fee.
