PhD Student Session
The purpose of the PhD students session of the 41st International Conference on Organizational Science Development is to promote and facilitate cooperation among doctoral students from various universities.
The aim of this section is to enable doctoral students to present their research in front of the academic community and obtain feedback from the esteemed researchers, as well as to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience encouraging young scientists for further cooperation. PhD students are expected to present partial or final results of their research. This section has an interdisciplinary focus, and the themes and topics should reflect the research performed by PhD students.
Presenters will have limited time to present their research and discuss their findings.
The suggested structure of the paper is:
- Introduction (overview of the topic and research question, justification for the importance of the research, theoretical basis or framework)
- Methodology
- Results (results or progress report)
- Conclusions
Papers are limited up to 12 pages.
Official language of this section is English.
The author of the paper is a PhD student (the thesis supervisor can be a co-author). The papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
Among the presented PhD sessions’ papers, one will be selected for The Best Doctoral Paper Award. In addition, the author of the Best Doctoral Paper will receive the reimbursement of the conference fee.
Accepted papers will be published in Conference proceedings (online version with ISBN).
You can submit your full paper on this link. Deadline for full paper submission is extendended to 20th January 2021 (13th January 2021). The submitted papers will be reviewed and authors will be notified of acceptance no later then 10th February 2021.
The paper should be no longer than 12 pages in total and should follow the conference paper template.
