Registration Fee includes free transfers from either Ljubljana International Airport or Lesce-Bled railway station.

Participant has to request local transfer through GRH service (select: Transport type: Shuttle bus, Event: eConference 2016, Payment: Paid by organizer).

Please note that in case participant does not use a local transfer service, organiser is not obliged for any refunds.

Cancellation policy
Refund of conference registration fee, less an administrative fee of 80 EUR, will be made, if written notice of cancellation is received no later than May 20th, 2016. Registrants cancelling after May 20th, 2016 will not be entitled to a refund.

*Full-time students are requested to attach a formal confirmation (scan) of their student enrolment.
