The Proceedings of the 38th International Conference Ecosystem of Organizations in the Digital Age was published at the University of Maribor publishing house (http://press.um.si) and is available at: http://press.um.si/index.php/ump/catalog/book/397.

The Proceedings will be submitted to the Digital Library of the University of Maribor (https://dk.um.si), the Digital Library of Slovenia (https://www.dlib.si/) and submitted for evaluation in the Web of Science – Clarivate Analytics, Conference Proceedings Citation Index (link).

For each contribution in the proceedings, the DOI number will be assigned by the CrossRef.

University of Maribor, Faculty of Organizational Sciences is organizing the 38th International Conference on Organizational Science Development. The conference will be held from 20th to 22nd March 2019 in Portorož, Slovenia.

Plenary sessions and research paper panels will bring together numerous professionals from the economy, research and education, healthcare, public administration, tourism, army, police, finance and insurance as well as other fields. As such, this conference presents a meeting point for different topics but with a common thread, namely organizational business process management, information systems, and human resource management systems.
